CRUISING THE ALAFIA RIVER

I HAVE IN THE PAST  ENJOYED CRUSING THE ALAFIA RIVER IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA IN OUR PONTOON BOAT.

NOTHING BETTER ON A HOT SUNNY DAY IN MARCH with visiting Yankee friends!
FEEL THE BREEZE! ENJOY THE HEAT AFTER A COLD WINTER UP NORTH JUST WEEKS BEFORE! SMELL THE FISHY SMELLS... SEE THE TURTLES SUNNING ON THE LOGS...FRIED CHICKEN FROM ALBERTSONS.

This ship in the pic was docked where the Alafia River flows into the Tampa Bay area.  Looks like IRIKA and PANAMA printed on the ship. The size of these ships was very impressive when approaching them in our smaller pontoon!  And at the same time the ship details you can see in the pic made it seem like  a little Lego ship!
