Do You GET This Pharmacy Comic Postcard?

Postmarked 1953. New York. Mailed to Mobilio Pharmacy inn Philadelphia, Penna. Address looks like it was typed on with a typewriter. Very interesting comic type pic on the other side. I don't understand it. If you do, email me! Can't find a drugstore with this name at this site. But I did find various drugstores with different names on Broad Street. Wonder if the building is still there!
