Having a Bad Day? Check out this Dental Trip to Hell!

We had a trip to the dentist yesterday better called a trip to hell! Haven't figured out when I am going to present this list to the dentist who is good and works with my allergies. But the tooth cleaner/ checker really hacked up our mouths. Have to figure out whether to stay and send/present this to him and maybe cost her job or just go to another dentist. He said I have decay under a cap and a front tooth filling.
So I need to do something and I sooo miss the perfect hygenist who is no longer there .!!!!! What would you do????

1. The xray machine hit/bumped my face several times before the xrays were taken.
2. There were no words telling me when to start and stop holding my breath  for the xray. Several times it was longer than I could hold my breath because she had something she went and did for some seconds and then came back.
3. There was absolutely NO sequence in moving around my teeth. This part was like a dental nightmare or comedy. There was No moving across a row sequence…no inside or outside sequence. No up or down first. She would just go in and hit an inside part on the top and then go somewhere else and hit a spot …She cleaned from the back towards the middle of each row in no sequence either. I cannot be sure she even got them all.
4. She scraped some of my teeth AFTER she brushed the teeth. And that was that.
5. She had the patient hold the suction appliance.
6. I have never had such a bloody napkin sit on my good top in all my life. Gross!
7. She was not fully aware of all my allergies that was given to the office  years ago.
8. She was "preaching to the choir" on flossing…not mentioning an understanding that should be in seeing in my med records that Calan causes the swelling as well as lack of flossing.
9. The flossing was in the top two roughest experiences I have ever had and she was jamming/pulling the floss into the small spaces that are between my close teeth. Other hygenists had taught me NOT to pull/push that rough but to slide it out in places that get stuck carefully.
10. She was very professional in her appearance, her answers and her effort and her wanting to do a good job. But she definitelyt needs retraining.
11. My teeth did not even feel clean on the way to our next stop like they used to when the past perfect hygenist did them  or with our past experiences in Maryland and Virginia.
My husband had the same experience and   felt:
1. She was a little on the rough on the picking of the teeth.
2. She put the mint stuff on first!

SO WHAT IS THIS DOING IN A DOWNSIZER BLOG YOU ASK???...WELL IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS TO DOWNSIZING:
1. DON'T DOWNSIZE THE QUALITY OF MAINTENANCE  OF YOUR TEETH IN YOUR MOUTH UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY IN ORDER  TO MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH...
2. DON'T DOWNSIZE YOUR EXPECTATIONS OF THOSE YOU PAY FOR SERVICES THEY PERFORM FOR YOU AND YOUR HEALTH. ASK QUESTIONS, MAKE SURE YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND SHOW APPRECIATION FOR JOBS WELL DONE!
