WHILE DOWNSIZING my recipes I found this old aged newspaper recipe. What? Old Bay and pepper steak? As a Maryland girl I found that hard to believe but it does not look bad.... Don't know what newspaper ...probably Balto Sun..or here in Fburg... Don't know when it was printed. It has a Giant ad on the back. 3 x 5.5 inches.
