 LONG AGO MARIE, MARVIN, JW AND I ENJOYED  RIDES FOR THE DAY  OVER ON SKYLINE DRIVE VIRGINIA.  MARIE AND I LIKED PHOTOS OF INTERESTING SIGHTS OF PEOPLE AND TREE SHAPES WE WOULD SEE ON THESE HANGING OUT DAYS. THIS WAS BEFORE DIGITAL CAMERAS. THIS WAS WHEN MY LOVE OF PHOTOS BEGAN.  ONE OF MY FIRST PHOTOS AND  STILL ONE OF MY FAVORITES! I collected marbles in the 1980s and 1990s from Virginia and Maryland yard sales, estate sales and auctions. And from a great Kentucky Mikes Rock Shop near Cave City on our vacation trips to Missouri during those  years..

 I have no clue of value and mixed them all together so I am selling one by one. If they don't sell in a 7 day auction I am throwing them away. If they sell I will be happy people out there wanted them

TODAY THEY ARE ON MY WING

CHECK OUT HOW TINY THE GUYS LOOK UP ON THE ROOF

THINK HOW BRAVE THEY ARE WALKING AROUND UP THERE  WHILE WORKING

THERE HAVE BEEN SOME MIGHTY NOISY THUNDER BOOMS AND LIGHTNING STRIKES THIS WEEK... AND THEN THROW IN THE INTENSE HEAT

I AM THANKFUL FOR THE WORK THEY DO.

 I FOUND THIS RECIPE IN MY RECIPE BOX. IT WAS CUT OUT OF A BALTIMORE NEWSPAPER WITH PINKING SHEARS I BET.

DORIS WENT TO HAWAII LONG AGO WITH LOIS AND BETTY AND SAID SHE REALLY ENJOYED IT....  DORIS WAS MY MOTHER'S SISTER WHO LIVED WITH US IN MARYLAND AND FLORIDA AFTER MY MOTHER DIED. DORIS LEFT US GRADUALLY THROUGH DEMENTIA. SHE LOOKS SO HAPPY AND PRETTY HERE.

Who Done It? Amazon? USPS? or UPS?

HMMMM.... I SELL ON EBAY AND SHOP ON EBAY AND AMAZON AND SHIP ON USPS AND RECEIVE PACKAGES ALSO FROM UPS.

I ordered a package of 8 Dial Soap to be delivered..

I am 80 and use a walker and due to Virus don't go in stores to shop.

This package arrived in the usual poly white bag. Inside was a wrinkled up bag that should have sealed the individual bars of soap in it inside the mailer bag. And  even worse one of the individual bars even had the bar open ...so was touched by who knows who. 

With the virus I am not using unwrapped or open soap coming through the entire country . I tossed them in the trash.

It's not the cost that concerns me. It is the weird point that the torn off outer paper was included in the sealed in package I received. And it was probably the first  package Amazon didn't just automatically resend a replacement when I complained. 

Amazon is not the culprit. Since USPS does Amazon and Ebay shipments on the weekend for UPS. I suspect USPS. But I know this. USPS workers are the hardest and most beloved workers in the world! USPS and Amazon workers are the reason lots of us old ones survive out in the world right now.

I just hope  we   kick this smirkey face smart ass running the USPS OUT fast so our beloved USPS and Amazon UPS workers can get back to the way it used to be.
